The 2010 West Central conference has 9 member schools: Central-Southeastern (Camp Point) Panthers, Illini West (Carthage) Chargers, Macomb Bombers, Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth) Titans, Orion Chargers, Pittsfield-Griggsville (Pittsfield) Saukees, Rockridge (Taylor Ridge) Rockets, Sherrard Tigers, West Hancock (Hamilton) Titans.

After the West Prairie Trail mega football conference disbanded many members of the West Central Conference moved to form the Prairieland football conference. Five of the remaining members of the Olympic Conference joined the West Central football conference.
