The 2010 CPL Second City conference has 8 member schools: Chi Academy (Chicago) Cougars, Chi Austin Poly (Chicago) Tigers, Chi Collins (Chicago) Warriors, Chi Crane (Chicago) Cougars, Chi Douglass (Chicago) Tigers, Chi Manley (Chicago) Wildcats, Chi Phoenix Military (Chicago) Firebirds, Chi Uplift (Chicago) Titans. Only the top two teams that qualify in this conference are allowed to participate in the IHSA Playoffs. This is true for all CPL Chicago conferences, while everyone is eligible in the CPL Illini conferences.
